These three organizations (DAC, Inc., Imagine the Possibilities, Inc., and Midwest Opportunities, Inc.) wanted to be proactive and set a solid foundation for services for years to come in order to effectively work with the new implementation of Managed Care that was now overseeing funding for our services. neiaaaNortheast Iowa Area Agency on Aging helps older people in Delaware, Dubuque and Jackson Counties lead independent, meaningful lives in their own homes and communities as long as possible. NEIAAA accomplishes this in many ways--one of which is funding transportation offered by the RTA. Without the cooperation of community partners, our older area citizens would have far fewer services and programs available to assist them.
