Welcome to the new RTA8 Member Portal. Please read the instructions below carefully before proceeding to the new trip scheduling portal. You may request and review trips without calling the RTA8 by logging into the QRyde Member Portal. Please refer to the instructions below. If you need assistance at any time, give us a call and we would be happy to help!
How to log into Member Portal:
- Go to: https://cp-rtaia.qryde.com/cp/.
- Select Login on the top right corner.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Select Let’s Go!
Booking a Round Trip:
- Select the “Pick up location”
- Select the “Destination Location”
- Under “Pickup Time” use drop down box to select depart by (Pickup time) or arrive by (Appointment time) for time.
- Now input time in hours and minutes from drop down menu.
- Select your date to travel.
- Click on the box next to “Round Trip”
- Select your “Return Time”
- Click on Additional Information
This will allow you to choose the funding source you are eligible to and the trip purpose for your trip. It will also show your default mobility aids or personal care attendant that we have on file for you. You can also add an alternative phone number.
- Click on "Book Trip" trip confirmation will pop up to inform you your trip has been requested.
To book a one way to appointment (from home to appointment with no return home)
- Select the "Pickup location."
- Select the "Destination Location."
- Under "Pickup Time" use drop down box to select depart by (Pickup time) or arrive by (Appointment time) for time.
- Now input time in hours and minutes from drop down menu.
- Select your date to travel.
- Click on “Book Trip.”
A trip confirmation will pop up to inform you your trip has been requested.
How to review scheduled trips
- Click on the top right corner “Hi (followed by your user name).”
- Click on My trips.
- The first line of your trip shows the travel date and start time (requested pick up time) from the first pick up to the drop off address. The second line shows the second pick up address which is the return pick up time.
- If want to cancel the trip, please give us a call at: 563-588-4592 .
To Reset Password
- Click on the “Need help logging in” option on the log in screen.
- Add phone number/email ID, user ID and user type.
- Click on “Send Request.”
This will send a password to the registered email ID.
